Postage & Returns
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns. Refunds are at the discretion of Sarah Clare Designs and can be discussed via emailing email@example.com
All orders are shipped via Australia Post parcel post. Items are tracked, and tracking information will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
Orders are usually posted within 3-5 business days, however any delays will be communicated if necessary. Custom orders differ and will be discussed upon order placement.
Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, I have no control over your parcel, the time it takes to reach you or the delivery service you receive.
Sarah Clare Designs accepts no responsibility for items damaged or lost whilst in transit with Australia Post.
