Do you make these yourself?

Absolutely!  All items are handmade by me, in my home in Melbourne.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.  After I have lodged your order with Australia Post, I will forward you tracking details so you can keep an eye on its transit.  It depends on the postage option you have selected, and where you are located.

Which countries do you ship to?

Australia & New Zealand.  For all other countries, please contact me to organise.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, no.  For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns.  Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before payment as we cannot offer a refund for change of mind.  Refunds are considered on a case by case basis at our discretion.  Please email sarahclare@outlook.com.au to discuss.
